    Requirements

    • Education: Training in restaurant/hotel management. Hospitality and/or tourism degree preferred.
    • Food handler certification.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within a corporate full-service restaurant concept or food industry in Florida.
    • Experience supporting new restaurant openings and training new management teams.
    • Proactive in achieving company goals in sales, service, and appearance, while creating a positive, fun, and productive work environment.
    • Knowledge of cost control, inventory, labor cost, and food/restaurant sanitation.
